Our Privately Owned Sundial Condo

The Sundail Resort
To clear up any confusion - Sundial Resort consists of a clubhouse and tennis courts and has
NOTHING to do with our privately owned and managed condominium unit.
We have a small select Property Manager and we rent our Grand Gulf View Home to singles, couples
and families weekly, monthly, and for a season...
...at rates that are 30% - 50% LOWER than a comparable unit at the Sundial
Resort.
Our condo building "O", is adjacent to the Resort and overlooks the Pond, Pool and Gulf from
the Lanai (terrace) and the Tennis Courts and Gulf from its entrance.
When you rent our home, we provide photos and descriptions of precisely what you will find
when you enter our home in terms of condo decor and location.
Sundial Resort rents out condominium units in rotation so that you will NOT know
which unit, decor, location, etc you are renting until you arrive.
Included in OUR rates are all the amenities already listed
within our unit...plus:
-Use of several
private pools with chaises (impecably maintained
and never crowded…no need to run down early to “save a chaise”)
-Beach
chairs
-Beach
towels
-Beach
umbrella
-Beach & pool
toys including noodles, pails/shovels & shell/sea creature nets,
etc.
When renting from us you still have the
option of purchasing a Resort amenities card, the cost is $50 per adult (over 12) per
day.

Regarding The Sundial Resort
If you choose to add in the "Resort"
there is a resort fee of $18 per family per day with a seven night minimum. The amenity fee is paid directly to

LASTLY, IF YOU CHOOSE TO PAY THE amenity
& resort fees TO SUNDIAL, you still save significantly when renting our condo vs. booking a unit through the
Resort.
